These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of almekoraglobal.com (the “Website”), operated by Almekora Global (“Almekora Global”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About us

Almekora Global is a garment buying house (sourcing agent) based at House-15, Block-C, Main Road, Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka-1219, Bangladesh, operating under E-Trade License TRAD/DNCC/000825/2026 (DNCC). We help apparel buyers source knitwear, woven and denim garments from vetted factories in Bangladesh.

2. Use of the Website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

use the Website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected systems;
introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the proper working of the Website; or
use the Website to send spam, or to scrape or harvest content or data without our permission.

3. Information is general, not an offer

The content on the Website — including descriptions of our services, product categories, capabilities and any indicative figures — is provided for general information only. It does not constitute an offer, a quotation, or professional or contractual advice, and nothing on the Website creates a binding agreement between us.

Any sourcing engagement, quotation or order is governed by a separate written agreement and/or costing that we issue and agree with you directly. Those documents — not this Website — set out the commercial terms, responsibilities and liabilities of each party.

4. Enquiries and quotations

When you submit an enquiry, you are asking us to prepare information or a costing for you; you are not placing an order. Any prices, lead times or specifications we share in response are indicative and subject to confirmation, sampling, factory availability and a final written agreement. As a buying house, we act as a sourcing agent between you and independent manufacturers; the manufacturing itself is carried out by third-party factories.

5. Intellectual property

The Website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the “Almekora” and “Almekora Global” names and marks, layout and design — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish or exploit any part of the Website without our prior written permission.

6. Third-party links and imagery

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, and may include illustrative or lookbook imagery presented for inspiration. Such imagery does not represent specific past orders unless expressly stated. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party website, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

11. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Website are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
