We start with safe and ethical — then we talk price.
For overseas buyers, a compliance failure is a brand risk, a legal risk and a financial risk all at once. Our whole model is built to take that risk off your desk.
Four checkpoints between enquiry and shipment
Factory vetting
Before we place your order with a factory, we score it on a weighted 7-dimension scorecard — with compliance weighted highest — covering social audits, structural/fire/electrical safety, quality systems, capacity, financial stability and communication.
Pre-production checks
We confirm valid audit status, review the PP sample against the approved spec, and verify trims, fabric and accessories are approved before bulk is cut.
Inline inspection
During production we inspect on the floor to catch construction, measurement and workmanship issues early — while there is still time to correct them.
Final AQL inspection
A final random inspection to AQL 2.5 (or your standard) with a photographic report and a clear pass/hold decision before shipment.
The certifications your buyers audit for
We prioritise factories that already hold — or can demonstrably meet — the standards your customers require, and we help you collect the documentation to prove it.
Almekora Global is a sourcing agent — we don't manufacture. These certifications are held at factory level; our job is to verify they're valid and current before your order is placed.
The true cost of a garment includes the risk that comes with it.
By filtering for compliance first, your supply chain becomes more predictable, more defensible to your own customers — and ultimately cheaper, once you account for the failures you never have.
- 01
Border risk
A factory that fails a social audit can have your goods stopped at the border — after you have paid for them.
- 02
Brand risk
Your customers audit you on where you make. One non-compliant factory can undo years of brand trust.
- 03
Continuity risk
Financially or structurally weak factories collapse mid-order. The cheapest quote is often the least likely to ship.
